Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

If the damage occurred during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. If the same product is no longer available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Handmade Product Notice

Some of our handcrafted gemstone artwork is made using natural gemstones and artistic materials.

Due to the handmade nature of these products, slight variations in color, texture, shape, and gemstone patterns are natural and make each piece unique. Processing times for these items may vary depending on craftsmanship requirements and current order volume.

While we make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, some products may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly to offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
